The children in Primary 1 and 2 hosted an assembly today which focused on St. Brigid. They told the story of how a chieftain would only give St. Brigid the land that her cloak covered, and to his amazement the cloak grew and grew. A huge well done to all the children who took part. Thank you to Miss McGorry and Mary Donnelly for preparing the children and to Miss McGirr for standing in today. It was great to see such a good turn out of parents and grandparents.
